STRETCHING CONTINUED

I asked Arla to do a workshop a year or two ago and she did an Amazing one on Food Sensitivities and Allergies. In the near future Taylor and I are going to try to take her away from her busy schedule and ask her to do a guest editorial on twhealthhumour.com. I’ve included her e-mail for those of you who are long distance.
I call this the sciatic stretch. You never stretch a nerve but you can stretch the muscles around the nerve if they are tight and putting pressure on the nerve.
Bring one knee towards your chest and stretch the other straight back and hold (approx. 10-20 seconds but focus more on relaxing the muscle than counting)
