WORKOUT WITH SOUP CANS

SOUP CAN WORKSHOP with Taylor Norris, RMT and Dan Watt, PT and Author of the e-books:

“Learning the Garden of the Body” (Amazon) and the “Children of the Myth Machine” series: Ruby Queen and Sylvia (Kobo).

If any company or organisation in the Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener-Waterloo area is interested in having Taylor and I give them an exercise workshop all they have to do is let us know at twhealthhumour@gmail.com or dwexercise@gmail.com.

Do a warm-up (biking, walking, cardio machine, steps for 5 minutes plus).  The longer the warm-up the less energy to workout (but you are using soup cans).  Slow and control because its light.  A hint is follow the speed of your breathing so you know you are breathing.

12 reps of each exercise for 1-3 sets.  I didn’t include stretches but if you know how to you should end with stretches.

Leg Curls (hold onto something if you don’t have the balance) and don’t wear jeans like I did.  Wear shorts or track pants, or something that stretches but doesn’t tear.

Pictures taken by Andraya Watt at the back of the Perimeter Institute (twice the security guy walked by but he never told us we should leave so we assume its all good).

I was a poet first, but became a fantasy fiction writer in high school after reading The Hobbit, The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe, and The Sword of Shannara. After completing my dual major in Anthropology and History at WLU and reading The Forever War, I Robot, and numerous Star Wars books, I also started writing science fiction.
