Soup Can Workout!

Taylor and I, along with her husband Kyle and my niece Andraya did a few photo shoots outside of the Perimeter Institute in Waterloo.

The original idea was and is, is to go to businesses, etc. and teach proper form for exercise with soup cans. At the end of the workshop/workout all the cans will be given to the local Food Bank.

Currently gatherings are not such a good idea. So we’re posting this for humour but also because, if you look closely, we’re showing you how to perform each exercise. This is a workout you can do at home! More of these will be blogged soon.

Don’t be like this be Happy and workout!
First let’s correct your posture.
Much Better!
Start and finish position for Shoulder Presses. Exhale as you push up and inhale as you lower. Do 5-12 reps for shoulder presses and each exercise.
Biceps Curls!
Squat Shoulder Presses!
Overhead Triceps Extensions!
Back Rows!
Chest Presses!
An exercise routine that can be done anywhere!
And Look! For us who are follicly challenged exercise helps us grow hair!
