Taylor and I, along with her husband Kyle and my niece Andraya did a few photo shoots outside of the Perimeter Institute in Waterloo.
The original idea was and is, is to go to businesses, etc. and teach proper form for exercise with soup cans. At the end of the workshop/workout all the cans will be given to the local Food Bank.
Currently gatherings are not such a good idea. So we’re posting this for humour but also because, if you look closely, we’re showing you how to perform each exercise. This is a workout you can do at home! More of these will be blogged soon.
