Stretching during pregnancy can help to alleviate aches and pains that occur as your body works to shift your posture and redistribute weight to accommodate the growing baby.

Exercise and Pregnancy 2nd Trimester

The belly should be showing and the Relaxin hormone active.  That means your joints are getting looser to allow your baby or babies room to grow.
